Ponderosa Stomp Festival 2015: The Countdown to the Next Musical Blowout Begins (“Uno, dos, one, two, tres, quatro”)

“There are no shortcuts to quality.” — guiding principle of legendary New Orleans culinary institution Hansen’s Sno-Bliz

The 2013 Ponderosa Stomp Festival was our most successful to date! Thank you to everyone who helped to make the amazing 3-day event possible: the participants, musicians, donors, volunteers, staff, sponsors, collaborators, and attendees!

The additional time we had to plan and organize the 2013 festival was a key to our success. To ensure we continue to present the best event possible, we will continue to produce the festival every other year.

An extra year in between festivals will allow us to use our resources as effectively as possible and produce an event worthy of the incredible musicians and artists we celebrate. The next Ponderosa Stomp Festival, then, will take place in the fall of 2015.

Thank you for your continued support of our work, and we hope to see everyone in New Orleans in 2015!
